稳定同位素比值质谱分析室

简介

       实验室主要功能是测定气体样品中等同位素比值。

主要仪器

本分析室目前拥有两台无机气体质谱仪——MAT252和MAT253。MAT252、253是全自动、高精度、高灵敏度的稳定同位素质谱仪，可以用来测定气体样品中H/D、13C/12C、15N/14N、18O/16O、34S/33S/32S等同位素比值。其辅助设备为德国制造的Kiel型碳酸盐自动进样装置，可测定具有高含量碳酸盐微量样品，比如有孔虫、介形虫、钙质超微化石、蜗牛类、贝壳以及珊瑚等碳酸岩样品。我实验室46个样品的出厂检验精度：δ13C为0.03‰，δ18O为0.06‰。

Stable Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer Lab

Introduction

There are two inorganic gas mass spectrometers in our lab - MAT252 and MAT253. With full automatic, high precision and high sensitivity, they can be used to determine the isotope ratios of H/D, ¹³C/¹²C, ¹⁵N/¹⁴N, ¹⁸O/¹⁶O, ³⁴S/³³S/³²S in gas samples. Connected with German Kiel carbonate automatic sampling device, it is useful to measure trace samples with a high content of carbonate, such as foraminifera, ostracod, calcareous nannofossils, snails, shells and coral samples. The delivery inspection precision of 46 samples in my laboratory:δ¹³C:0.03‰，δ¹⁸O:0.06‰
