Introduction
There are two inorganic gas mass spectrometers in our lab - MAT252 and MAT253. With full automatic, high precision and high sensitivity, they can be used to determine the isotope ratios of H/D, 13C/12C, 15N/14N, 18O/16O, 34S/33S/32S in gas samples. Connected with German Kiel carbonate automatic sampling device, it is useful to measure trace samples with a high content of carbonate, such as foraminifera, ostracod, calcareous nannofossils, snails, shells and coral samples. The delivery inspection precision of 46 samples in my laboratory:δ13C:0.03‰，δ18O:0.06‰
