Introduction
Organic geochemical Lab mainly take the molecular organic geochemical analysis of sediments and environmental samples, including the total organic carbon/nitrogen content and its stable isotope, structure and content analysis of lipid/amino acid/monosaccharide/lignin phenol its stability of carbon/hydrogen/nitrogen isotopes, trace gases carbon/hydrogen/oxygen/nitrogen stable isotope test, etc.
Organic geochemical Lab has six sets of large equipment, stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer MAT253, stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer Deltaplus XP, liquid chromatography mass/mass spectrometry instrument (LC - MS/MS), liquid chromatography mass spectrometry instrument (LC - MS), chromatography mass/mass spectrometry (GC - MS/MS), chromatography mass spectrometry (GC - MS). Two stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer, respectively, with chromatography (GC), organic elemental analyzer (EA) and gas preconcentration device (PreCon) automatic sampling device. Stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer could test total organic carbon, total nitrogen in environmental samples, monomer compounds of carbon, nitrogen and hydrogen isotope and carbon isotopes in methane and nitrous oxide isotope determination. The structure and content of various organic compounds in environmental samples can be analyzed by gas phase and liquid chromatography mass spectrometry. The analysis room is also equipped with two gas chromatography (GC) and an organic elemental analyzer. They are used to determine the composition of known organic components in environmental samples and the content of carbon and nitrogen in solid substances.
